"This is a wonderful place for a relaxing break away. So peaceful and quiet. The views are fantastic, from the seating area outside where we sat in the recent sunshine to have breakfast. The cottage is spotlessly clean, well equipped and the hosts hospitality is excellent - so friendly and helpful. They live close by. Nice touches such as their own fresh free range eggs complimentary and chocolates for our anniversary gift. Mai's home made soap is wonderful and available to purchase. Walking /hiking from the cottage is great, through woodland and /or open hills - some of it is steep and the road approach to the cottage from the village is up a steep hill. For those self catering there is a well equipped Spar shop in the village about a half mile down the road or for those looking to eat out, there are excellent dining pubs, one near the Spar shop in the village and others only a short drive away of 4'ish miles. Can highly recommend this place."
